How to Clear Cache

Deleting the cache data helps to troubleshoot, helps to increase the loading time of web pages, and increases the performance of your computer. If the browser doesn't load the new version of the site, even if there have been changes on the site since the last visit, the cache can cause issues with the view.

Report a Problem

USMA cadets, faculty, and staff: If you are having an issue accessing the material, please report the problem using chat. Information that will help us includes:

  • What you are trying to access (permalink or detailed info including the title and author)
  • What database or webpage the issue is on (ex. America's Historical Newspapers database accessed from the A-Z database page)
  • Browser (Ex. Chrome)
  • If you are on the VPN or WREN
  • If you have already done any troubleshooting steps such as clearing your cache or trying multiple browsers
